La Chapellerie
‘La Chapellerie’ is our newly renovated gite, in the old ‘grange’ of La Binellerie. It is a very light and sunny house even in winter!
It has 2 very spacious bedrooms, one double with a kingsize bed, en suite shower room and a separate dressing room. The second bedroom has twin beds, and an ensuite shower room. There is also a daybed which can be used as a third bed.
The ground floor is ‘open plan’ including a large sitting room with a vaulted ceiling and comfortable seating for 4/5 guests. There is a large flat screen TV with Freesat channels and Wi-fi connection. Double doors lead out to a patio with table and chairs, perfect for breakfast.
The handmade oak and ash kitchen has a peninsula with bar stools and is fully equipped with fridge freezer, eye level double oven/grill, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, and gas hob.
There is a downstairs WC under the stairs, and the back doors lead out to a gravelled courtyard garden with seating, sunloungers and BBQ. Take a stroll around the ‘prairie’ with its wildflower meadow, and pause under the red oak trees, it’s a perfect place for a picnic or just to sit and read.
